Back in our roots

And so we had a date in our alma mater, University of Santo Tomas at last. I graduated BS Commerce Major in Economics Batch 2009 and D graduated BS Mechanical Engineering Batch 2010.

Dustin and I met 5 years ago when I was graduating and he's still in his 4th year in college. We never had a chance to date in school back then since we only met around March that year. Hahaha! How timely!

So when we're thinking of what we can do in his short vacation here in Manila, we decided to go back and reminisce our college days. Haha!
Our main purpose was to get our yearbook. On our way to the publishing house, we noticed some changes and spotted newly developed buildings as well as new "tambayans". We rest for a while in the field and remembered how we used to be every time he made papansin LOL and see each other before. Haha!
Can't missed to have my picture taken at the iconic Main building that is often times mistaken as a church.
We ate our lunch at Mang Toots and ordered D's favorite food. I only ate here once before and that's because D suggested it to me. Hahaha! Am I a loser or what?
This is the famous "Banana Rhuma" also known as turon but with a twist. Who loves this? Raise your hands! Haha!

We made sure to passed by Lovers lane, another famous landmark in the campus because well of course we're lovers. Hahaha!
I wore the UST colors this day, Yellow and Black. The yellow crop top is from The Berries by the way. #shamelessplugging Haha!
And here I am with the love of my life back in our roots. Who would have thought that meeting this guy on my last month in college will change my life forever. :)

Style diaries: Everyday summer

I know, it's rainy season already but I can't wait for another year to post this summer look.
This is what I wore at the 2nd day of Heat Wave Summer bazaar last May.
Here's another favorite design of mine. Who doesn't love a floral kimono right? I know almost each one of us own one, so we made a not so usual kimono that is perfectly made not only for summer but also in your everyday casual wear. Too bad, this color was a best seller that we ran out of stock.

If you want this long kimono you can check The Berries facebook and instagram account. :)
